YouTuber Who Went To Jail Joined BJP

Bihar YouTuber Manish Kashyap, previously arrested for sharing alleged fake videos about attacks on Bihari migrants in Tamil Nadu, has now joined the BJP. 

He credited BJP's support for his release from jail and praised PM Narendra Modi, stating his mother's admiration for Modi influenced his decision. 

Kashyap affirmed his intention to strengthen BJP in Bihar and criticized the state's previous governance under Lalu's family.

Kashyap expressed his thanks to BJP for welcoming someone from a humble background like him contrasting it with other parties known for demanding bribes. 

He promised to continue his support for nationalism despite facing opposition and imprisonment previously.  

BJP MP Manoj Tiwari commended Kashyap's endeavors in highlighting issues related to the underprivileged on his YouTube channel.

The controversy surrounding Kashyap was- he circulated videos depicting attacks on Bihar migrants in Tamil Nadu sparking tensions between the two states. 

Arrested and jailed for several months, Kashyap surrendered to the police and was eventually released. 

His YouTube channel named- 'Manish Kashyap Son of Bihar' boasts a large following of 8.75 million subscribers by reflecting his influence on social media.
