Reddy's affluence mainly stems from his wife Sangita Reddy's assets that primarily shares in various companies including Apollo Hospital Enterprises Limited, Citadel Research, PCR Investments, and Saffron Solutions.
Sangita Reddy is the daughter of Apollo Hospitals founder Pratap C Reddy. Reddy's personal assets amount to Rs 1240 crore while his wife possesses Rs 3208 crore, and their dependent son holds Rs 108 crore. Besides they own jewelry worth Rs 11 crore.
