Neha Sharma Contesting For Lok Sabha

Congress legislator Ajeet Sharma wants his daughter, actress Neha Sharma to vie for a seat in the Lok Sabha elections from the Bhagalpur parliamentary constituency in Bihar. 

He advocates for Congress to secure this seat for her. If it happens then Neha Sharma may venture into politics in the forthcoming Lok Sabha Elections.

Sharma articulated that if their party secures the opportunity to contest from the constituency following discussions on seat sharing within the Mahagatbandhan, his daughter could be a potential candidate. 

"Should we secure this seat, the decision on the candidate rests with the party’s leadership. If the party extends an invitation either I will run or perhaps my daughter Neha Sharma will represent this constituency", remarked the father of Neha.
