Beware Of Congress: 55% Property To Be Given To GOI

Congressman and Author Sam Pitroda mentioned in an interview in USA that USA has the inheritance tax where 55% of the deceased's estate would go to the government and only the remaining 45% can be inherited by heirs.

In fact, as this is election season, this shook the entire nation and brought fears that if Congress comes to power, they would implement this for sure.

BJP also successfully maneuvered it and every campaigner is taking Sam Pitroda's statement to the public saying 'beware of Congress'.

As Sam Pitroda's statement is damaging the Congress severely, he came on to Twitter giving an explanation of what he actually said and what his intention is.

Sam Pitroda freshly tweeted, "It is unfortunate that what I said as an individual on inheritance tax in the US is twisted by Godi media to divert attention from what lies PM is spreading about Congress manifesto. PM’s comments on Mangal Sutra & gold snatching are simply unreal".

He continued, "I mentioned US inheritance tax in the US only as an example in my normal conversation on TV. Can I not mention facts? I said these are the kind of issues people will have to discuss and debate. This has nothing to do with the policy of any party including Congress".

He concluded mentioning, "Who said 55% will be taken away? Who said something like this should be done in India? Why is BJP and media in panic?"
