Yogi Adityanath Discusses Maha Kumbh 2025 Plans

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath detailed the preparations for the Prayagraj Maha Kumbh 2025, emphasizing its vision as a 'Digital Kumbh' blending faith and technology. He highlighted extensive developments in Prayagraj, including a Rs 7.5 billion investment for infrastructure such as 200 four-lane roads, 1.5 lakh tents, 1.5 lakh toilets, parking for 5,000 acres, and over 70,000 streetlights.

During the Sanatan Samvad program, CM Yogi noted how past Kumbh events suffered from mismanagement, but now under Prime Minister Modi’s guidance, the focus is on global invitations to showcase a transformed Uttar Pradesh. Addressing criticism from Akhilesh Yadav and others, he dismissed their remarks, citing their lack of faith and past failures in organizing such events, referencing the unclean state of the 2013 Kumbh.

Yogi called the Maha Kumbh a pride of Uttar Pradesh and a symbol of Sanatana Dharma, projecting a new image of India.
