Bajaj Auto MD Rajiv Bajaj stated that the quality of work is more important than the number of hours worked.
His remarks came in response to Subramanian's suggestion of a 90-hour workweek. Bajaj added that such demands should start with senior executives first.
Meanwhile, CPI(ML) MP Rajaram demanded action against Subramanian for violating labor laws by suggesting work on Sundays as well.
