Bobby Deol, who debuted as a lead in Barsaat (1995), is nearing 30 years in the film industry. Reflecting on this journey, he confessed to sometimes feeling unfulfilled despite his long tenure, explaining that his youthful, childlike outlook keeps his passion alive.
Deol who began his career alongside his father Dharmendra in Dharam Veer (1977) said that while he often feels young at heart, seeing his children reminds him of his age. He feels grateful for lasting in the industry and staying active while pursuing personal growth.
Recently he has shifted focus towards South Indian cinema, considering it an exciting path. Known for films like Soldier, Gupt, Humraaz and praised for his roles in Class of 83 and Aashram, Deol’s recent portrayal of villain Abrar in Animal also drew attention. His next project is Kanguva, a Tamil film with Suriya set to release globally on November 14.
