Uncle vs Nephew in Baramati

In Maharashtra's Baramati Assembly constituency, an intense battle is brewing between uncle and nephew. For the upcoming state assembly elections, the NCP (Sharad Pawar faction) released its first list of 45 candidates on Thursday.

The list includes Yugendra Pawar, who will contest from Baramati. Deputy Chief Minister and NCP chief Ajit Pawar is also running from the same constituency. Yugendra is the son of Ajit Pawar's brother.

Other prominent names in the NCP (SP) list include the party's state president Jayant Patil, Jitendra Awhad, Anil Deshmukh, and Harshvardhan Patil.
