BJP leader Nalin Kohli responded to Tamil Nadu Deputy CM Udhayanidhi Stalin's comment where Stalin called Sanatan Dharma a disease.
Kohli noted that Stalin's remarks targeted only Sanatan Dharma and not other religions. He criticized leaders like Stalin for making such statements suggesting it has become a trend to attack this belief system for political gains or to please certain groups.
Nalin Kohli says, "... One has noted that his comment where he called Sanatan Dharma a disease, was only against Sanatan Dharma and not against any other religion. This has become sort of a fashion with many leaders. He stands by his remarks, that is his right. He faces legal action for his statements, he has to face that too... Sanatan Dharma is much stronger than the distasteful comments that political people like him bring just to rundown a religion or a spiritual thought for the sake of their political agenda or to appease a certain segment of society."
Kohli acknowledged Stalin's right to express his opinion but emphasized that he must also face legal consequences for his words. He added that Sanatan Dharma is much stronger than the offensive comments made by political figures trying to undermine it for their agendas.
