RG Kar: CBI Report Declares No Gang Rape Occurred

In the ongoing investigation of the Kolkata doctor case, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has released a significant report stating that no gang rape took place at the RG Kar Medical College. The incident, which occurred on August 9, involved a postgraduate doctor who was attacked while resting in a seminar room during a break at the hospital.

Sanjay Roy, a contractual employee in the Kolkata police department, is facing major allegations in this case. The CBI's charge sheet indicates that Roy is accused of raping and murdering the postgraduate doctor, despite the absence of gang-related references in the charge sheet.

The report is set to be submitted to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court in Sealdah. CBI officials confirmed that the investigation is still ongoing, as the case continues to develop.
