Rahul Gandhi is firmly hitting back at Modi and BJP at every occasion in a subtle and mass appealing manner.
On Thursday, June 20, he defended an incident where a chappal was thrown at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vehicle in Varanasi on June 18.
In a press conference Gandhi remarked, "People are not scared of him," implying that public fear of Modi has diminished.
He stated that the incident represents the destruction of the "basic concept of Modi."
A video of the incident circulated on social media platform X shared by journalists, netizens and right wing accounts showing the chappal being hurled at Modi's vehicle. This event could ignite new political tensions.
