Rahul And Sonia Names In Bitcoin Scam?

The BJP has intensified its attack on NCP leader Supriya Sule and Congress' Nana Patole accusing them of involvement in an alleged Rs 235 crore Bitcoin scam. Former IPS officer Ravindranath Patil claimed the duo used Bitcoin proceeds to fund Maharashtra elections. BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra alleged that Congress leaders Rahul and Sonia Gandhi directed the misappropriation linking the funds to previous elections.

Purported voice notes and chat records supposedly implicating Sule and Patole were released, though both leaders have denied the accusations calling them politically motivated. Sule dismissed the allegations as “cheap politics” and accused the BJP of spreading misinformation to influence voters. She has filed complaints with the Election Commission and cybercrime authorities, terming the allegations baseless.

The BJP demands clarity, urging Rahul Gandhi to address the issue, while Sule challenges the BJP for a public debate. The allegations have intensified tensions ahead of elections.
