Pune Constable Demanded Sexual Pleasure?

Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sushma Andhare has accused a Pune police constable of demanding sexual favors from a woman. She shared a video on social media showing the constable, allegedly drunk, harassing a woman delivering tiffin boxes. The accused, identified as Ganesh Ratan Dabhade, reportedly misused his uniform to intimidate her.

In the video, the woman confronts the constable, questioning why he is not in uniform. He denies being drunk, but she challenges him to a medical test. Eventually, the constable retreats from the situation. Andhare also claimed that the police station initially refused to register the woman’s complaint.

Following the incident, Uruli Kanchan Senior Police Inspector Shankar Patil confirmed that the complaint has now been received and assured further action. The case has sparked public concern about police accountability and misconduct.
