No Place For Illegal Bangladeshis In India

Union Minister and BJP national president JP Nadda expressed that all Bangladeshi nationals residing in Jharkhand will be expelled from the state. He highlighted concerns about Bangladeshis marrying tribal women to acquire tribal land rights and warned that such actions undermine the rights of the tribal community.

Nadda emphasized that these unions could negatively impact the unique rights and cultural heritage of indigenous groups in Jharkhand which are legally protected. He further stated that children born from these marriages would not receive any tribal rights or entitlements. According to Nadda, this stance is aimed at preserving the socio-cultural and land rights of indigenous populations ensuring that their distinct identity and resources are safeguarded from outside influence.

The minister's comments reflect a strict approach towards controlling immigration and protecting the rights of tribal communities in Jharkhand focusing on preventing any misuse of their protected rights by non-indigenous people.
