The entire country is eagerly waiting for the Delhi Assembly Election results. In just a few minutes, the counting process will begin. Delhi has a total of 70 Assembly constituencies, and polling for all seats was conducted in a single phase on February 5. The battle has been intense between Arvind Kejriwal's AAP and the BJP, with most survey agencies leaning towards a BJP victory.
However, Kejriwal remains confident that his party will retain power. On the other hand, the BJP is determined to establish its dominance in the national capital. With the voters’ verdict now locked in EVMs, counting will commence at 8 AM, with tight security arrangements in place.
The entire nation is keenly watching the final outcome of these elections. Recently, in Maharashtra, many surveys predicted a win for the INDIA alliance, but the BJP-led coalition emerged victorious. This has led to uncertainty over how accurate the exit polls will be in Delhi.
For the BJP, Kejriwal has become a major challenge, and the party sees winning Delhi as a matter of prestige. Meanwhile, reports suggest that the Congress might struggle to even reach single-digit seats.
