Maharashtra, Jharkhand Assembly Election Counting on Saturday

The counting of votes for the Maharashtra and Jharkhand Assembly elections is set to take place on Today. With a neck-and-neck battle in both states and exit polls failing to give a clear winner, anticipation is building over the results.

The outcome is expected to influence the upcoming Delhi and Bihar Assembly elections next year, making these results significant at the national level.

CM Race Heats Up Before Results

Even before the results are declared, discussions over the Chief Minister's post have begun. Posters in Baramati constituency claim that Ajit Pawar will be the next CM, indicating confidence in the Mahayuti's victory. Meanwhile, Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) is hopeful of Eknath Shinde continuing as CM.

On the other hand, the Mahavikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance is also witnessing internal disagreements over the CM position. Congress leader Nana Patole’s statement sparked a rebuttal from Shiv Sena (Uddhav faction) MP Sanjay Raut, reflecting the ongoing tussle within the alliance.
