Like 'Thillu Mullu': Ashwin on Suryakumar and Samson's Performance

Indian cricketer Ravichandran Ashwin has commented on the underwhelming performances of Suryakumar Yadav and Sanju Samson in the T20 series against England.

Referring to the Tamil film 'Thillu Mullu', where Rajinikanth plays two contrasting roles—one with a mustache and one without, Ashwin drew a parallel to Suryakumar and Samson's gameplay.

"Watching Sanju and Suryakumar feels similar. They got out in the same manner—playing the same shot to the same type of delivery in all five matches. Suryakumar needs to change his batting approach. Meanwhile, Sanju seems to be overthinking, which makes batting even harder," Ashwin stated.
