There have been many highlights in the election results declared today across the nation. Many political big shots have lost and many have also won.
Karnataka's former Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has won the Lok Sabha polls from the Haveri constituency with a margin of 43,513 votes against Congress opponent Anandaswamy Gaddadevarmath.
On the other hand, Kiran Kumar Reddy, the ex-CM of unified Andhra Pradesh before the bifurcation of the state, contested from the Rajampet Lok Sabha constituency as a BJP candidate but has been trailing ever since the counting began.
Finally, Kiran Kumar Reddy lost the seat to his YCP opponent PV Mithun Reddy.
