BJP candidate Nitesh Rane from Kankavli criticized Congress, accusing it of copying BJP-Mahayuti's manifesto and labeling it an "anti-Hindu" party and the "B-team" of the Muslim League.

Baramati is set to host another family battle as NCP’s Ajit Pawar competes against his nephew Yugendra Pawar. In 2024 Supriya Sule defeated Sunetra Pawar in Baramati by 1.5 lakh votes. The Maharashtra Assembly elections will be held on November 20 with vote counting scheduled for November 23.
