Central Minister Rajnath Singh has compared Rahul Gandhi to cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni, calling him the "best finisher" in Indian politics due to Congress's shrinking presence.
Singh made these remarks during an election rally in Madhya Pradesh by bringing laughs, where he also accused Congress of having deep rooted corruption.
Singh highlighted that Congress which was once a dominant force in Indian politics, now only governs a few small states.
He emphasized the correlation between Congress and corruption, contrasting it with the perceived corruption free mission of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government.
Singh advocated for simultaneous elections across the country asserting that it would enhance efficiency and save resources.
He predicted India's rise to one of the top three global economies by 2027, attributing this trajectory to the Modi government's policies. Singh predicts India becoming a superpower by 2045.
