In a peculiar turn of events, a BJP MLA in Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh, received an unexpected request while stopping at a petrol station for fuel. A man approached MLA Brijbhushan Rajput, asking for help in finding a bride, explaining that he had voted for him and believed this was a fair request.
The incident occurred at a petrol station where the MLA's vehicle was being fueled. The man, identified as Akhilendra Khare, shared that he was nearing 45 years old and still unmarried. He asked the MLA for assistance in locating a suitable wife.
When the MLA questioned why he was asking him for help, Akhilendra responded, "I voted for you, so I'm asking for your assistance." He emphasized that he held no particular caste affiliations.
During their conversation, when the MLA inquired about Akhilendra's income, he mentioned that he earns Rs 6,000 per month but also owns 13 acres of land, which he implied could be worth crores. The MLA assured him that he would indeed help in his search for a bride.
This candid interaction between the two has since gone viral on social media, drawing attention for its lighthearted yet earnest nature.
