Financial difficulties claimed a life when a businessman, unable to cope with his economic struggles, took his own life while still alive. According to police details, Pradeep, who ran a hotel consultancy business, had incurred losses in his business, leading to mounting financial pressures.
The interest on loans increased, and the pressure from creditors became overwhelming. Unable to bear the financial burden, Pradeep tragically chose to end his life.
The incident occurred in the Muddenahalli area on the outskirts of Bengaluru. Pradeep drove his Skoda car to the location and set it on fire while inside.
As flames erupted from the car, local residents, alarmed by the fire, alerted the police. Upon arrival, the police confirmed that Pradeep had died from asphyxiation due to the smoke and fire. They then informed the victim's family. The police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the incident.
