The Election Commission has announced February 5, 2025, as the polling date for the Delhi Assembly Elections. Reacting to the announcement, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari expressed optimism, calling it a “very good date” that falls on a working day, ensuring higher voter turnout.
"Delhi will vote on February 5, and I am confident more people will exercise their franchise this time. This election gives Delhiites a chance to elect a government that will free them from issues like polluted air and water," said Tiwari in a tweet.
Encouraging public participation, Tiwari urged all citizens to make their vote count. With Delhi’s air and water quality frequently under scrutiny, the upcoming elections are being seen as a critical juncture for the city’s future.
The BJP and other political parties are now gearing up for intense campaigning ahead of this crucial election. Will BJP shows its might or will AAP continue its rule on Delhi throne has to be seen.
