The Bareilly District Court has issued a notice to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his remarks regarding the caste census. The notice comes amidst ongoing debates surrounding caste-based data and its implications.
Reacting sharply, Congress leader Udit Raj dismissed the notice as frivolous, stating, “There is nothing to discuss about this issue. This is a waste notice.” He went further to criticize the judiciary, remarking, “The judges should be removed from their posts.”
