Chinmayananda Krishna Das, a member of ISKCON, has been denied bail by a court in Chattogram, Bangladesh.
He was arrested on November 25 by the Bangladesh police on charges of sedition. Despite the efforts of a team of 11 lawyers who represented him, his bail petition was rejected.
The court's decision came after a legal battle, with Krishna Das facing accusations of undermining the sovereignty of Bangladesh.
