Did BJP senior leader and prominent lawyer Subramanian Swamy target TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu? The answer appears to be a definite yes. Swamy seems particularly serious about the death of cows in the TTD Gosala (cow shelter). He has once again stated that he will soon approach the court regarding this issue.
It is learned that Swamy has gathered all details related to the TTD Gosala. He has even obtained official monthly records of cow deaths and is planning to approach the court with complete documentation and evidence — a move that is reportedly creating concern within the ruling coalition government in Andhra Pradesh.
Though he belongs to the BJP, Swamy is known for his independent stance. Once he takes up a case, he is known not to back off until he makes things extremely difficult for the opposition. The ongoing troubles faced by Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case are also due to a case filed by Swamy.
Now, his latest focus on the death of cows in the TTD Gosala has become a hot topic. Swamy seems particularly furious with TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu. He slammed the Chairman for making careless remarks, such as comparing the death of elderly cows to that of aged humans — questioning how a person in such a responsible position could speak like that.
Swamy fired back with a pointed question: "Would you say the same if it were your family member who passed away due to old age? Would the family just let it go?"
He also demanded the immediate dismissal of the TTD Chairman, sparking wide discussions. His aggressive stance clearly reflects his intense anger over the issue. Swamy has also raised strong objections to the overall functioning of the TTD Chairman and Board Members. As a result, the petition he is expected to file is causing major anticipation and tension — with many wondering what might happen in court.
