Central Minister Nitin Gadkari allocates Rs. 1385.60 crore for Karnataka roads.
In a post, he stated, “In Karnataka, a sum of Rs. 1385.60 crore has been allocated for the improvement and strengthening of 295 Road Development Projects, covering a combined distance of 2055.62 kilometers across various districts under the CRIF Scheme.”
It should be underlined that the party currently ruling Karnataka is the Congress; however, the BJP high command is not showing any difference in allocating funds to the states, proving the analyses of the critics wrong.
It should also be remembered that the BJP government has released thousands of crores of funds to Telangana State as well, where it is also being ruled by the Congress government.
With this, there seems to be no antipathy among the people of Congress-ruled states toward the BJP, and the upcoming LS polls may see BJP scoring a substantial number of seats as there is no reason for the people to not vote for BJP regarding the development and support to their states.
