AAP-BJP Poaching Allegations: ACB Officials Denied Entry

Delhi’s Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) visited AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal’s residence following Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena’s order to probe poaching allegations against BJP. Kejriwal accused BJP of offering Rs 15 crore and ministerial positions to 16 AAP candidates to switch sides. Senior AAP leaders supported these claims, while BJP dismissed them as baseless.

AAP’s legal cell head, Sanjeev Nasiar, called it a BJP conspiracy, questioning ACB’s authority. Delhi BJP general secretary Vishnu Mittal accused AAP of spreading misinformation to create panic. BJP leader Virendra Sachdeva criticized AAP leaders, warning of legal action if they failed to provide evidence.

BJP planned to approach ACB with a counter-complaint, asserting that AAP’s allegations were meant to defame the party. As tensions rise, the political battle between AAP and BJP continues, with both sides accusing each other of misconduct.
