12 Lakh Temporary Jobs Created for Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj

The Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj has led to the creation of an estimated 12 lakh temporary jobs, according to NLB Services, a global provider of technology and digital talent solutions.

The report highlights that around 4.5 lakh jobs are expected to emerge in the tourism and hospitality sectors alone.

Roles such as hotel staff, tour guides, porters, travel consultants, event coordinators, transportation staff, and medical camp workers are among the positions that have provided employment to lakhs of people during the grand event.
