New Delhi CM Oath on 20th?

For the past ten days, there has been much speculation about who the new Chief Minister of Delhi will be. However, it seems that the uncertainty will soon come to an end. According to BJP sources, the new CM will take the oath on the 20th of this month at 4:30 PM. In the Delhi Assembly elections, the BJP secured 48 out of 70 seats.

The new CM has not yet been chosen by the BJP leadership, and the BJP legislative party meeting has not yet been conducted. After the election results were announced on March 8, Prime Minister Narendra Modi went on a foreign tour.

A BJP legislative party meeting was supposed to take place on Monday, but due to the inauguration of the newly constructed RSS office in Delhi and a stampede at the Delhi Railway Station, the meeting was postponed. The meeting is now expected to take place on Wednesday.

BJP sources indicate that during this meeting, key decisions regarding the selection of the CM and the formation of the cabinet will be made.
