Every actress has a career plan—some successfully execute it, while others get stuck in the planning phase. A strategy works only when one has success backing them. Mrunal Thakur has also crafted a plan for her career.

While she enjoys immense popularity in Telugu cinema, her focus remains on Bollywood. A look at her filmography clearly shows her preference for Hindi films. She has now decided to act in South Indian films only if they also get a Hindi release.

Currently, Mrunal is working alongside Adivi Sesh in the decoy-themed film, which is being shot in both Telugu and Hindi simultaneously. She is firm on choosing only bilingual projects from the South, which is why she has not signed any Tamil films yet.

Typically, a Telugu actress who gains popularity automatically receives offers from Kollywood. Mrunal is no exception, but she isn’t keen on exclusive Tamil projects. She is only open to Tamil films that will also release in Hindi. However, such offers haven’t come her way yet.

At 32 years old, Mrunal is currently focusing more on Bollywood while being selective about South Indian films. She is in no rush, carefully picking scripts that align with her career vision.
