Scheduled for release on March 29th, the film 'The Crew' has the casting of Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon in a collaborative effort for the first time.
While the trailer and released songs have garnered substantial attention from audiences the much anticipated trailer was unveiled on March 16th adding excitement among fans. But certain portions were censored by the CBFC.
In the trailer, Tabu's character portraying an air hostess, is depicted using explicit language in several instances. However, these instances have been altered for the theatrical release.
For example, a sequence where Tabu's character originally utters "Baith ch***ye" has been modified to "Baith bhootiye." Similarly, another scene featuring her saying "har*zaade" has been changed to "ameerzaade," and "har**iyon" has been substituted with "kameeno."
The 'Crew' trailer showcases various adventures of Kriti Sanon, Kareena Kapoor, and Tabu from donning iconic air hostess attire to delivering humorous dialogues and navigating through uproarious situations.
It revolves around their struggles in light of their airline company facing bankruptcy.
Additionally the trailer offers a glimpse into the eccentric sisterhood shared by the trio as they tackle every predicament with their quirky sense of humor.
