Vulgar Words Chopped By CBFC

The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has mandated some changes to Khel Khel Mein. They did not require any visual cuts but instructed the removal of two offensive words: 'b***d' and 'son of a b*h'. It’s unclear if these words have been muted, removed or replaced but they will not be heard in their original form. After these adjustments the CBFC granted the film a U/A certificate on August 8. The film’s runtime is 134 minutes and 7 seconds.

Khel Khel Mein directed by Mudassar Aziz and produced by Bhushan Kumar and others stars Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan, Vaani Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, Ammy Virk, Pragya Jaiswal and Aditya Seal. It releases on August 15 and is a remake of the 2016 Italian film Perfect Strangers.

At the song release event Ammy Virk shared anecdotes about the relaxed filming environment and the team’s shared meals.
