Vijay's Party TVK Holds Grand Conference Today

Preparations are complete for the first major conference of Tamil Vetri Kalagam (TVK), led by actor Vijay, on October 27. Vijay will inaugurate the event by hoisting the party flag on a 101-foot pole, marking a symbolic beginning for the gathering.

The venue will honor notable figures through various cutouts, including two female freedom fighters, Veera Thangavelu Nachiyar and Anjalai Ammal.

Organizers anticipate around 200,000 supporters and Vijay fans attending the event, for which a 170-foot-long and 65-foot-wide stage has been constructed across an 85-acre area. The grounds also include dedicated parking areas and 55,000 seats. Large-scale cutouts of Kamaraj, Ambedkar, Periyar, and Vijay himself have been installed at the venue, alongside images of ancient Chola, Pandya, and Chera kings.

The 20-by-30-foot party flag is designed to fly for a decade. For safety and convenience, 700 CCTV cameras and 300 mobile toilets have been installed throughout the venue.
