Popular actress Urvashi Dholakia, known for her role as Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, shared her experience of raising twin sons, Kshitij and Sagar, as a single mother. Married at 16 and divorced by 18, Urvashi revealed that her children never showed interest in knowing about their father. Despite her attempts to discuss him, they chose not to engage, and over time, even she stopped thinking about it.
She disclosed that her ex-husband had no contact with their children since they were toddlers. Reflecting on her struggles, she recalled locking herself in a room for a month to process her emotions. She emphasized that separation is always painful, regardless of time, and credited her parents for their unwavering support during her difficult journey.
Despite personal hardships, Urvashi built a successful career in television. She starred in several shows and was recently seen in the web series Power of Paanch, playing DGP Aasma Mazhar.
