TV Actor Ronit Roy Buys Rs 19 Cr Apartment

Actor Ronit Roy, known for his work on TV and in films has purchased an apartment in Versova, Andheri West, worth Rs 18.94 crore. 

The 4,263 sq ft apartment located on the 20th floor was registered on June 10, 2024 in the names of Roy and his wife, Neelam. 

Roy paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.13 crore and bought the flat from Macrotech Developers, which includes four parking spaces.

Mumbai has been the most expensive place, and the real estate market runs into billions of rupees here every year. 

If a 4,000-plus sq ft flat costs around Rs 20 crore in a prime area of Mumbai, the prices of villas and bungalows would astound many. 

Despite being the most crowded city with high pollution levels and sultry weather, Mumbai remains a favorite for many.
