Surprising Decision By Shah Rukh Khan

Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan who celebrated his 59th birthday on November 2 delighted fans at a special event in Mumbai. Amid the celebration he revealed he has quit smoking a long-time habit which thrilled the audience. 

Khan joked about still feeling breathless, despite quitting. Previously, in 2011 he expressed a desire to quit smoking to spend more time with his youngest son, AbRam. However he humorously denied quitting when asked by fans in 2023.

Khan also discussed his plans to entertain audiences for the next decade with "special films." He hinted at an upcoming film titled King featuring his daughter Suhana Khan though he shared few details. In an earlier discussion at the Locarno Film Festival, Khan shared insights about his collaboration with director Sujoy Ghosh on King. He has been considering such a project for years and is preparing by focusing on fitness. No official announcement for King has been made yet.
