Bollywood director Subhash Ghai and wife Mukta Ghai sold their Andheri West apartment for Rs 12.85 crore. The 14th-floor property in Rustomjee Elita spans 1,760 sq ft, with a rate of Rs 72,000 per sq ft, including two parking spaces. The sale, registered on January 22, 2025, involved a stamp duty of over Rs 77 lakh and a Rs 30,000 registration fee.

Purchased for Rs 8.72 crore in 2016, the apartment was bought by Sameer Gandhi. Local brokers note that Andheri West homes by reputed developers typically exceed Rs 65,000 per sq ft, with the area’s general price above Rs 50,000.

Known for its prime location near Lokhandwala, Juhu, and Bandra, Andheri West remains popular among Bollywood celebrities and industry professionals for its upscale amenities and central connectivity.
