Star Hero’s Son Working as a Laborer in Spain!

Pranav Mohanlal, son of Malayalam superstar Mohanlal, started his career as a child artist, later worked as an assistant director, and eventually became a hero himself. His film Hridayam was a hit, both in Malayalam and on OTT platforms. Recently, he acted in the movie Varshangalakku Shesham. Directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, son of Sreenivasan—a prominent figure who collaborated with Mohanlal in several iconic Malayalam films—the film further established Pranav’s career.

Currently, Pranav has taken a break from acting and is residing in Spain. However, it’s not the luxurious vacation one might expect from a star’s son. Instead, he’s working on a farm, doing hands-on labor such as herding sheep and caring for horses. According to an interview with Pranav’s mother, he isn’t receiving any salary for his work; he’s compensated only with food and shelter provided on the farm.

Pranav’s mother mentioned that this unconventional lifestyle choice is something he genuinely enjoys, even though she personally would love to see him act in more films. She shared that he’s embracing this agricultural work and finds it fulfilling. Pranav’s choice of a simple, grounded life in Spain stands as a testament to his unique outlook, showing that not all star children follow the glamorous path expected of them.

While many might dream of a luxurious life filled with fame, Pranav is breaking the mold, finding joy in simpler pursuits, which for him, means working with sheep and horses—a true departure from the typical star lifestyle.
