Star Heroine in a Rental Home – Can You Guess the Rent?

Shraddha Kapoor has been making headlines frequently, especially after the success of Stree 2. Following the buzz surrounding her rumored item song in Pushpa 2, the actress is back in the news for a different reason – her new luxurious rental apartment.

Recently, Shraddha Kapoor moved into a high-end apartment in Mumbai’s posh Juhu locality. She has rented the third floor of this luxury apartment for an impressive monthly rent of Rs 6 lakhs.

Shraddha has signed a one-year agreement for the apartment and has reportedly paid the entire rent upfront – a whopping Rs 72 lakhs. The agreement was finalized on October 16.

Interestingly, Shraddha already owns a flat in Bandra. However, she chose to rent a spacious 3,929 sq. ft. apartment in Juhu, which comes with four parking spaces.
