Later, he married another woman and had two children with her. Udit kept his first marriage a secret for a long time. However, his ex-wife went to court, and they settled their divorce in the 90s. At that time, Udit provided her with a house, some land, and gold, and agreed to pay her a monthly maintenance of 15,000 rupees, which he signed in front of the Bihar Women's Commission.
Now, Udit's ex-wife has filed a new complaint against him. She claims that Udit sold a piece of land that belonged to her and took 11 lakh rupees that he owes her. Udit appeared before the family court for the inquiry, where he reportedly argued that he was not at fault.
