Singer Buys Bungalow Worth Rs 10 Cr

Bollywood playback singer Shaan, along with his wife Radhika Mukherjee, has purchased a luxury bungalow in Prabhachiwadi, Pune, for Rs 10 crore. The property, registered in March 2025, includes a 0.4-hectare plot and a built-up area of around 5,500 sq. ft. The deal involved a stamp duty of Rs 50 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

Prabhachiwadi, located in Maval taluka of Pune district, is part of the Pune Metropolitan Region. Known for its open landscapes and growing residential projects, it offers easy access to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, connecting it to nearby cities and industrial zones.

Shaan joins a growing list of singers investing in real estate. Recent deals include Jubin Nautiyal’s Rs 4.94 crore apartment in Madh Island, Stebin Ben’s Rs 6.67 crore duplex in Bandra, and Mika Singh’s 99th property designed by Gauri Khan. This trend reflects a rising interest in real estate among Bollywood’s music stars.
