Shraddha Kapoor is enjoying the success of her recent film, Stree 2. In an interview with Cosmopolitan, she discussed the challenges she faced at the beginning of her career particularly during the shooting of her first movie, Teen Patti.
On the second or third day of filming, she experienced a breakdown and confided in her mother that she didn't want to continue, feeling lost in an unfamiliar environment. She noted that the treatment of actors varied based on their status, which made her feel sad.
Shraddha played a college student, Aparna Khanna, in Teen Patti which was a box office failure. She gained fame with Aashiqui 2 in 2013. Recently she starred in Stree 2, a horror-comedy that became the highest-grossing Hindi film in India surpassing Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan and featuring actors like Rajkummar Rao and Pankaj Tripathi.
