Shekhar Suman: 'Heeramandi' To Mandi For Kangana?

Shekhar Suman, an actor from "Heeramandi," recently joined the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP), the same party as Kangana Ranaut, an actress.

Kangana is running for the Lok Sabha Elections from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. Shekhar's son Adhyayan Suman used to date Kangana.

When Shekhar was asked if he would campaign for Kangana despite their past differences he said he would if she invited him considering it his duty and right.

In the past both Shekhar and Adhyayan accused Kangana of practicing black magic on Adhyayan after their breakup.

People found it odd that Shekhar and Kangana, who had disagreements, joined the same political party. Some made jokes about it on social media.

Before joining the BJP, Shekhar expressed reconciliation with Kangana in an interview, saying they're not holding onto past issues.

Shekhar was last seen in "Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar," while Kangana's upcoming project is "Emergency," where she plays Indira Gandhi.
