Former actress Sangeeta Bijlani will appear on Indian Idol 15, where a promo revisits her past relationship with Salman Khan. In the clip, she confirms rumors about their wedding plans, saying, "It wasn’t a lie."
Sangeeta and Salman dated for eight years starting in 1986 and even had wedding invitations printed. However, the wedding was called off after Sangeeta reportedly caught Salman cheating. Salman’s ex-girlfriend Somy Ali later described this incident as a lesson in karma.
Sangeeta married cricketer Mohammed Azharuddin in 1996, but the marriage ended in 2010. A former Miss India (1980), Sangeeta rose to fame in Bollywood with films like Tridev and Yodha.
Her last film was Jagannath in 1996. Recently, she launched her YouTube channel, Sangeeta's Secrets, where she shares her insights on health, spirituality, and inner beauty, inspiring her followers to live a balanced life.
