Everyone is curious about the daily routines of heroes and heroines. Particularly when it comes to star heroines, this interest is even greater. Perhaps that’s why Samantha has recently detailed what she does in a day.

She wakes up at 6 AM. Enjoying the soft sunlight, she does outdoor exercises and practices Surya Namaskar (sun salutations). After that, she spends 10 minutes on oil pulling and another 10 minutes on her hair care routine.

At 7 AM, she heads to her indoor gym. She works out for an hour under the supervision of a trainer. After her workout, she takes a shower and performs her morning prayers. Following that, she has breakfast and heads to the set. During the break in the car, she massages her eyes to relax them.

Before applying makeup, Samantha uses ice therapy on her face. After makeup, she focuses on her shooting schedule, which lasts until the evening. Yesterday, she participated in a photoshoot all day.

At 6 PM, she undergoes red light therapy. Samantha started this therapy as part of her recovery from the side effects of myositis. The therapy lasts for an hour. Afterward, she practices pickleball for another hour. As you may know, she recently became the brand ambassador for a pickleball tournament.

After practice, she has dinner, meditates for about 30 minutes, and goes to bed at 10 PM. This is how her day passes. Though her shooting locations may change, she mentions that her daily routine remains the same.
