On October 12, NCP leader Baba Siddique was shot dead near his son Zeeshan’s office in Bandra, Mumbai. He was rushed to Lilavati Hospital but was declared dead later that night. Salman Khan, a close friend of Siddique, is deeply affected by the tragedy unable to sleep and continuously checking on Zeeshan and the funeral arrangements.
Salman has canceled all his personal commitments to support the family. His brothers, Arbaaz and Sohail, who were also close to Siddique are equally devastated. Baba Siddique was like family to Salman, always warmly welcomed at his home.
The Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the killing in a social media post warning Salman Khan and his supporters of consequences. The gang member referenced a personal vendetta, suggesting that the attack was linked to their conflict with the actor and his associations.
