Saif Case: Is The Arrested Suspect Matching With CCTV Guy?

Congress leader Nana Patole has raised concerns over the Mumbai Police’s investigation into the recent attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. He questioned whether the arrested suspect, Shariful Islam Shehzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir, matches the person seen in CCTV footage. Shariful, a Bangladeshi national, was accused of breaking into Saif’s Bandra residence intending to steal but allegedly attacked the actor instead.

Shariful’s father denied his involvement, stating the CCTV footage does not resemble his son and revealed that Shariful entered India illegally due to political unrest in Bangladesh. He also refuted claims that his son was a wrestler.

Patole criticized the government for prioritizing political narratives over accurate investigations, urging police to identify the real culprit. Highlighting safety concerns, he questioned Mumbai’s law and order if even celebrities like Saif are unsafe.

He also criticized the BJP for delays in the Sushant Singh Rajput case, accusing it of failing to deliver justice.
