Rajinikanth: I Came Here After 14 Years

Actor Rajinikanth is well-known for his spiritual pursuits. Despite his busy shooting schedules, he often visits the Himalayas to meditate and practice yoga during his breaks, returning with renewed enthusiasm. It has become a tradition for him to visit the Himalayas after completing every film shoot. Currently, he is working on the movie Kooli.

During a break from the shoot, Rajinikanth recently visited the Yoga Satsang Society of Ranchi in Jharkhand and spent a week there. He shared his experiences with the media, mentioning that he had visited the ashram three times. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to meditate in the room of Paramahamsa Yogananda and explained that the experience was indescribable.

Rajinikanth also stated, "I have come here after 14 years, and from now on, I have decided to visit the ashram every year and stay for a week. I feel more expansive now, and that’s because I practice Kriya Yoga. I started practicing Kriya Yoga in 2002. Initially, I didn’t notice any change. But after 12 years, I realized the transformation.

It has brought me a sense of peace and mental tranquility. The power of Kriya Yoga can only be understood by those who practice it. It is a profound secret, and to experience it fully, one must find a good teacher. Once you find a true guru, even if you leave them, they will never leave you,” Rajinikanth concluded.
