She recalled catching men filming actresses in their caravans with hidden cameras and how women face harassment from influential figures without recourse.
Radhika criticized the lack of support for women who speak out highlighting singer Chinmayi's allegations against lyricist Vairamuthu and the backlash she faced.
She condemned the industry's failure to protect women and called out the Nadigar Sangam for not having a committee to address sexual harassment. Radhika urged the industry to form a supportive group for women to safely report and resolve issues stressing that unity is needed to create a safer environment for women in cinema.
